When i do it with a trangle it is oke, everithing is fine, the machine is working correct.

i have switsch of the compensation so this is to not the problem.

What do i wrong.

Theo,
It sounds to me like your steps per are off. By 11%.

Are the scaling values set to 1.000?

Are the circles round?

If you mill a 25mm square is it size and square?

Graham.

Thanks, the steps per unit was wrong, i used the Step per units that caculates the units but is not accurate for my machine.
I hava a 4 motor router and the X and A and Y are the same units but the Z differs from the others. Stange the have the same TR12 ax and nut.

So how accurate is the calculation or is there difference between a drive from only X or X A at the same time?

I dont now but it works,

Have a nice CNC day
