Title: Hidden toolpath
Post by: sz8sc9 on March 10, 2007, 02:40:09 PM
I made a new profile of my own and I cannot see the worked toolpath in it. Config/Toolpath settings are the same than in the default profile, which is working fine. Any hints? Thank you.

Also the iconized tool is pretty big and not that transparent hiding a lot, are there more shapes to chose ?

Look on the Diagnostics page and make sure the "Toolpath on/off" is switched on.

Display is on, anyway setting it to off hides everything from the tool display.

What's missing is the highlighted tool path while the tool is working. All the other paths, G1's, rapids, etc., are visible.

Do you possibly have it in Jog Follow mode, dont think the toolpath gets highlighted in it.

Sure.  The upper is the standard profile, the lower the profile without milled path.
