Title: in accurate x/y axes

hi my x/y axes isnot concistent i have a hole patten with 7 holes every time i run the program it changes slitey any idears maybe step dir in motor tuneing 0/5

Hi Ozzey,

Welcome to the forum.

Perhaps if you give a few more details about your controller, setup, etc. it may help in identifying the problem ?

If your step and direction was incorrect it would always be wrong by the same amount each time the GCode was run.

hi again its all from china ball screews brack out bord drives it works grait but not acurate its all keyed on the coupleings so it cant slip it is very fast in on 2500 hz accel is 513.08 and velocty is 3105 Gs what that i dont know 0.52322 next to Gs is step puls 1-5 thats on 0 dir puls 0-5 thats on 0
