Having a little problem, when i load my gcode into mach 3 looking at the tool display window the part is outside of my table in display window.
I know it has to be something that is not set up correctly with my inputs could someone look at the attached screen shots and see if they can see something that is not correct.
I have my home set up with table to the front and to the right.
push the right arrow and table will move to the left and push the up arrow the table will move to the front.

Just jog to centre of table then zero the X and Y DROs then Regen and see if that helps.

I think your Y Max should be 132 and the Min 0.00 ... Very similar to the X settings.
-
I noticed that 132 and when I changed it to match the x settings. The punisher comes out upside down.

put 132 in the Y Home Off box.
Then you will be setup with 0,0 in the proper direction.

changed to 132 but when i went back into it was changed to 5.19

then the punisher is out side of the box.

when i try to re zero manual by moving the axis I can not go in the direction to bring it within the window.
The y axis hits the front of the mill past the home switch.

I moved it the punisher to a different section of cambam and up loaded gcode and it fell right on to the table in the display window

Maybe you need to try and get an understanding of work offsets ;)

John,
May i suggest that you watch the following video for understanding.
Pay close attention to what is said around the 5 min mark.
Note what is said about using the display during the video.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ma7lMocQbv0
Note that you can place have the origin of the work in Cambam anywhere you want.
Try this ( will assume that your machine has enough axis movement in all directions to machine the piece) place the figure so that the center of the figure is 0,0 thus the gcode generated will be about that point.
Post coming off the switches move to the approx center of the limits and zero x & y.
You will now have the figure approx in the center of your limits.
Just a way to do it,
Rich :)
