Title: Server bandwidth problems?

Several times during the past week when trying to access the forum I've gotten a message to the effect that the server bandwidth has been exceeded.  Is this a known problem or am I the only one having it?

We have loaded our server to the max. With this forum the wiki, the downloads page and a host of other things.
The error is a server CPU error. I think this mainly occurs due to certain scripts running, like php, and the java menu. I also notice we crash when we do a mass email out.

Its a real pain, I'm sorry.
