Title: Cannot Complete New Forum User Registration Using Internet Explorer

Tried to register as a new user of this forum using Internet Explorer v11, but could not complete (sliders under the Captcha pictures would not move).  No warnings appeared (e.g. "You need to enable JavaScript and allow temporary cookies").

They did move in Google Chrome.

No reply desired.  Just FYI.

Had the same problem.  Loaded Firefox just so I could register.  I did have JavaScript enabled and those cookies allowed under MEDIUM security.
