Title: uc300 usb controller
Post by: comet on December 12, 2013, 07:33:51 AM
just on the cusp of buying a usb controller and the one that is catching my eye is the cncdrive (whose products ive used and are happy with there excellent service) uc300-5lpt.
The spec. seems as good as any and the price is better than many! But is there a "but" are they any good? has anyone here used one?
regards

Hi Tony
I have a  UC-300  controlling 5 axis on my knee mill. X,Y,Z , A for the 4th axis and C for the ATC carousel. It's also controlling 8 outputs and 12  inputs. I also have Uc-100s on two other machines. Had a couple of bumps along the way but you can't beat the service from Balazs at CNC drive.
