I have the same problem. My computer crashes and restarts when I open Mach3. This started happening when I run the driver test. At initial install, I can open Mach3 with no problem, but I do not have motor controls. After running driver test, the driver got installed, and the blue screen of death started happening whenever I open Mach3. This still happens even after I installed the special driver. I am running Windows 7 32bit on an old computer (3Ghz Pentium D, 2gb ram). I really hope someone can help me. I cannot find any solution to this problem anywhere. Please help. Thank you.

Hi Guys,
Welcome to the forum.
Sounds to me as though your PC is not up to the task.
Perhaps installing WinXP as the operating system may improve the situation.
Tweakie.

Same problem. Windows 7 32 bit. Everytime I try to run Mach3 it just reboots my computer. The only Mach program that will run is lazy cam.
Does anyone have a better solution than buying and installing Windows XP? I thought Mach3 ran on Windows 7 32 bit?

It used to, until Microsoft updated Windows 7.
Try this.

I kinda remember that there is a driver that mach uses and i seen a video of a guy showing it giving him a blue screen and by going into a mach folder and replacing it with another driver and rebooting it will correct the problem watch this video around 3:48 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KiCLoQmuJ3g
