Title: I need to set up Coordinate system

I need to set up coordinate system my machine has three limits switches     the limits switches are on   negative X,  negative Y, positive Z,  this machine  measure  X500, Y500, Z200, How can I change the number of the coordinate system to ZERO? on the main screen, the numbers that I can see when I click Machine Coor`s are really big 9.000 plus on all axis and I can not see the objet on display mode.
How I can  set this up properly?

Configure the limit switches as Home switches on Ports and Pins page (Input Pins).

Go to Config >Homing/Limits and check "Home Negative" for the X and Y axis.

Press the Ref All button. The machine should move to the home switches and set the machine coords to 0 when it hits them.
