Title: gcodes veering to the right when cutting return to zero is off that amount

cutting holes wants to veere to right every time 1/16 then to 1/8 when back to zero its off that amount have to zero every time help please

Not really sure what you are meaning, it could either be backlash or missing steps. However as you say you have to re-zero then it sounds more like missed steps.

I put 2*3.5 vinyl rail to route pkt holes the more holes I route the more my hole are routed to the. Right of center whatever my holes are off my home is off the same amount and it is consistent. Y axis only to the right tuned motor different settings. And recalibrated!

Well I am not really clear on what you are trying to explain but if I understand it does sound like you are losing steps. Try increasing the pulse width to 10 and reducing your acceleration and velocity by 50% and see if that helps.
