Has anyone used this THC. I have purchased one and struggling to get it to work.

Hi,
Did you find solutions to your problems with Purelogic THC?
I´m designing a small CNC plasma to my workshop. Purelogic is one option for THC, but their lack of proper english website or support forum is a big minus.
