Title: Mirrored image issue

Hello,
     I am having issues with milling using Mach 3. I load a CAD file with an image that is normal and upright. When I actually cut the image out, it is upside down (a mirrored image of the origional picture).  If I was to pocket the part, it would pocket the bottom side instead of the top. Any ideas of why this is happening?

I would guess your machine motion is setup backwards to conventional in one or more axis.

Is the toolpath display correct ??

All the axis move correctly on the Mach 3 screen and cooresponds to the table movements but the final product is upside down from the Mach 3 picture.

Then you have 1 or more axis BACKWARDS to normal convention OR you have a negative scaling set  -1 instead of 1

Depending on the style of machine that may be your problem, for example on a knee mill the table will move the opposite direction in both X and Y when compared to the screen. The reason for that is you need to think of the tool motion in relation to the material being cut, for the tool to move X positive the table needs to move towards the left.
Sounds like your Y may be the problem axis, again you have to think of the motion of the tool with respect to the material rather than the actual table direction.
