Title: Re: A axis brake Macro
Post by: woffler on July 05, 2013, 12:08:00 AM
Hi everyone ,i finally got around to putting a brake on my A axis and i am trying to write a Macro .

I have gotten the output to come on with the Macro but i can not get it to shut the output off ,i need the brake to be on when stationary and release when a G01A move is called and then activate again after the A Move.

I have been looking around at script ,do i need a separate Macro for the release of the brake ?

And i am not sure how to write the release part :Code "G01A" and then Deactivate (Output 1) and do i need a While Is Moving in there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thank You Woffler  ???

If I'm reading you correctly it sounds like a job for a macro pump or Brains.

Btw I realize its an old thread. ;-)
