Title: Spindle Speed with Mach3
Post by: morris on May 11, 2013, 11:43:07 AM
Hello!

I'm using the the Tripe-Beast-Controle and the 2.2 water cooled Spindle from China.
Spindle on/off works perfect. But speed control doesn't work perfect.

Settings:

I have left the value for the ratio of the standard value.... right or not?

PWM frequency: 24.000 - 6.000 = 18.000
18.000 / 10 Steps = 1800
45.000 Hz / 1800 = 25
minimum PWM on standard value

Problem:
- if I choose 24.000 rpm in Mach3, I get 24.000 rpm
- if I choose 20.000 rpm, I get 19.500 rpm
- if I choose 8.000 rpm, I get 6.000 rpm (minimum speed)
- if I choose 6.000 rpm, the spindle turns off

What is wrong?

Greetings and sorry for bad english  ;)
