Title: Spindle changes speed during program run

Hi guys, just have the issue with my Spindle.  It sometimes ignores my S code and goes to max rpm.  Sometimes it just increases the speed by itself. I can press the 'reset' button for the speed and it brings it back down.

I have no Idea how to fix this !!

Is the spindle override slider moving up?

Presume you are using a fairly recent version of Mach? If you are then there will be a slider for feed override on the screen. Is it increasing in size on its own? Also you should see a % readout above it, is that increasing on its own?
