I've been using Mach3 to run my home built 3axis router and suddenly today while I was trying to re-calibrate my axis (found some runout) I was
unable to access some of the items in the CONFIG menu namely:
MOTOR TUNING
CALIBRATE SPINDLE
SCREW MAPPING
I click on them and nothing happens. No dialog, no warning. Nada.
Has anyone had this problem? I really need to access those controls and I don't want to have to start from scratch.
Thanks for any help!
Craig.

Oops. Here it is for real.

What I was meaning was which revision of Mach3, you will see that if you go to Help menu then About Mach3......

Ah yes,
R1.83.027

That is almost as old as me ;D
I will load that version with your xml and see if I have problems.

Afraid I cant find it on my computer, think it was on an old drive I no longer have in. Also looked on the ftp and earliest there is 1.84 so I will try that and see.

Seems to be working fine here so not sure what to suggest other than possibly upgrading Mach to a newer version. I wouldnt try 066 as I and some others have had issues with it, so go to the ftp and use one from 057 to 062.

Okay I'll give that a try. That machine isn't connected to the internet so I never run updates. You're probably right.
Thanks again for checking.

You could always try just reinstalling the same version if you like it.

I just updated to version 062 and it worked like a charm
I'm back in business!
