Hi all
i have rotary tool changer with normal ac motor . motor is rotating the rotary for toll change . it have only one sensor 1 for counting the tool no and one sensor 2 for tool rotary home. tool no count at every pulse of sensor 1. then
if old tool=1
on sensor 1 = old tool+1
if tool no 11 then tool no =1
this type tool change macro will be. but i make many time macro stop the rotary every sensing of sensor 1 and set the tool no dro .
it is no counting . 1 , 2, 3 ,4 to 10
if current tool is 2 then i write m6 t5 it rotates the rotary and stop at next tool and set the tool dro to 5.
please help me here.
