Title: Load Gcode in Mach3 file from an Image file of the Part
Post by: BR549 on March 09, 2013, 10:50:51 PM
Hi All,  Seeing how Les at SHEETCAM gave us the ability to create image files from our jobs I created
a Button function in MACH3 to be able to LOAD a Gcode file by viewing an image
file and making a selection to LOAD.

Button code and Screenshot of the function is in the MACH TOOL BOX section.

Terry,

I've been using SheetCAM for almost ten years, and I have no idea what feature you're talking about.  What is it/Where is it?

Regards,
Ray L.

HIYA RAY, when you have a job loaded you can use the PRINT,SAVE option to save the image. OR you can use the Plugins,BATCH process to do an entire directory of JOBS to convert to image files.

In the Software config you have an OPTION as to WHAT image type you preferr PNP,BMP,JPG<ETC

IF you do not have a job yet but just have a GCODE file you can import the GCODE file into Scam then Print/save the image to file.

Scam also allows you to create BARCODES to use for loading files in Mach3.
