Title: NFS Turn in version 57
Post by: m4uk on March 01, 2013, 11:24:42 AM
After programming any of the wizards and clicking the Do it button I cant see a graphical representation of the shape I should be cutting. I get the green cut lines drawn as the code runs but there is no shape to see if I have programmed it right.

Is there a way of making this work?

Thanks

 Hi m4uk,
i think this is an issue in .057 Whats happen is that the displayed toolpath  is shiftet by the amount of the fixture or G52.
e.g. in G54 . When all  set to 0 then its is shown ok. That does not happen in .062

I dont have an issue with 057 and the NFS wizards or general G Code showing in the toolpath.
Maybe attach your xml and I will see what its like here.

Do the wizards add a G52?

Regardless, I have just added a G52Z50 and again seems fine, see screenshot.

Just gone back to 057 and used a new xml
Put in 50 mm in g54 Fixture ( the same result like G52Z50 )
When you start the code You get this: ( see picture)

Not really sure what you are meaning by "Put in 50 mm in g54 Fixture " If you are meaning you entered 50 into the Z DRO then I tried that here and again fine, not sure where the problem is coming from.
