Have a look at Appendix "F" in the LazyTurn Manual which can be found in Member's Doc's.
Also there is a Manual for called Using Mach3Turn which provides more information.

hi rich,
i have already seen the "using Mach3Turn" doc.
the details related to this is given in Brief only.(ie info under machine setup family chapter)
-
Then have a read of the other manual as that gives a visual to the description.

hi rich
thanks for the info.
i am able to bring the tool to start position using g54 fixture offset.
why GO TO Z option is not available in turn as in mach3 mill as i can avoid typing g54 command in MDI

You can fairly easily make a lathe screenset similar in form and function of a mill screenset, in fact you can even use a mill screen if you wish as long as you rename it to .lset instead a .set.
I am not a fan of the standard lathe screenset and have never used it, I already had my own custom Mill screenset and I just adapted it for my lathes.
