Title: X-axes homing

Hello all.
I am new to CNC. I have a Legacy Arty.
The thing is when referencing the machine the Z an Y is OK.
On the X axe the gantry moves, hit the switch and reverses but do not stop and does not zero the
machine coordinates.
I thought it was a stuck actuator on the switch, but I have checked that, and even changed the switch
but the same happens. What could cause this?

Hope to get some help finding this.

I have an hyCNC 125-4L (Like a SmoothStepper) and my machine will not zero the machine co-ordinates when homing either.
Don't know why.
