Title: Phone request. Please help. My Y and Z axis quits working about every 3 months.

I had this problem before and after going through all of the electrical connections in the rear and on the side of the machine tightening all of them, the problems went away. It's not working this time. Please help. Thank you. My number is 303-483-2936
