Check that you have the correct Port & Pin allocation for Step and Direction for each axis (Config / Ports & Pins / Motor Outputs).

Still waiting on your xml for your previous post ;) Also still a lack of info on what you actually have. I have never heard of PC Card Maker as a controller or breakout board, maybe if you could attach some pictures or a link to where you got the hardware from people may be able to help.

I am neither a dentist or a mind reader so I wish him luck. Only thing I found when I did a google for info on the card he mentioned was a post on the Zone by him and there was as much info in it as here sadly.

I am new to this so i do apologize for lack of info. ???

I will go to shop again today and try and get more info on it for you.
I too did not find any info on PC card Maker either,  that was what i was told who made card.
I worked on it from 12:30 till 111:30 at night with no luck.
Went threw Manual several time's and i mean several time's and could not find anything out.

Strange thing is i seen it work before 6 months ago.
When i had some help tracing threw everything yesterday i found one connection had come undone.
I learned there is a momentary button that needs to be pushed in to get the driver boards to light up green.
This X Y Z Thing is really driving me nuts, i need info on the Motor output settings but do not know where to look for info on ports and pins yet.
I will post some photos and take some more detailed one's today.
Thanks for your help.

I think the correct name of the board is: CNC 4 PC
I also know the pin out need to be checked on the Z axis.

Ok thats a good start, Arturo at CNC4PC makes quite a few different breakout boards but you should be able to find a manual for the one you have from his site.

You have a servo system and the grives seem to have G320X on them which means they are Geckos (with the covers removed), see here http://www.geckodrive.com/geckodrive-brush-dc-drives/g320x.html
You also have a SmoothStepper USB version (plugged into lower of CNC4PC breakout board) which means you will need to choose the SmoothStepper plugin. To see if it is already being used have a look on the Diagnostics page and see what the frequency says, it should say External. Have a look at Plugin Control menu and you should see the version of Plugin being used.
On the SmoothStepper itself you should see the Blue LED solid, Green Solid and Red flashing, that shows its connected to Mach and working.

Well thanks to you i have made a big jump on it.
Headed to shop again today.
I have manuals printed out for everything but the encoder.
Will need to identify the encoder for pin out on the GX320 from the way it looks.
Thanks

The encoder is a US Digital one, I cant make out the actual model number but likely a 500 count per rev one.

  OK
Now that i discovered that you have to start it up in Smooth stepper i have it kinda working.
I need to know what the three leds by each axis mean on the C32 - Duel Port Multifunction CNC Board.
I print out the instruction's, but has no mention of the lights.
I need to do some trouble shooting.
I have middle light blinking on on Z axis.

This is what i found out on LED's.

PCB = Printed Circuit Board, it is the plastic board.
STEP = Is the step or pulse pin, which takes the pulses to the driver.
DIR = Is the direction pin, indicates the driver the direction of rotation.
ERR = Fault line, lights if a driver faults.
