I Need help.

I had a guy build me a CNC machine.  The PC he sent me is broke.  I now have to reinstall onto another pc.  my problem is i dont know how to set mach 3 up.  I copied the .xml files from the old HD.  once i get this machine wired up, can someone help me re-set up mach 3 please??

Forgot to mention, the guy who sold it to me will not help at all.  He is now un-reachable.  I am completely lost and am winging it.  A phone call from anyone that can help would be a big help.

Ok I am getting there.  i have my "y" axis slaved to "b".  i did notice that one motor is "tighter" then the other.  meaning one is locking on more then the other, while the other has more play.  how do i fix that?

Ok.  I am getting there but still lost.  Can anyone call me or can i call someone this evening after 6pm EST?
