Title: Mach3
Post by: broughanb on November 10, 2012, 03:05:49 AM
I have purchased a CNC 3020 Desktop unit.
Loaded Mach3 software onto computer running Win7. Trouble is I can't get the computer to control the unit at all.
Anyone on the Southside of Brisbane willing to assist, will pay for time. Available anytime .
Help!!!

Al,
still no good, have it engraving but with errors such as unexplained lines drawn across surface of plate.
I have the unit in my car if you are still available to have a look at it with me.
Cheers
Brian

Hi, I'm new to the CNC world too. I bought a 3020 CNC Engraver and encountered the same problem as yours.
I can't get the computer to move it despite all the settings been made according to the user manual.
The controller, spindle and motors are all working well when I power it on.

Can you please tell me how you managed to make it worked at last?

Thanks
