Title: VFD Cable or Spindle cable ?

what do you guys use, shielded or not?
do you use specialty VFD cable that run for lots of money of just normal cable?

if you do need shield cable, which place is best to order, i am in canada and my small town is not helpfull in ordering stuff so i want to order online.

I don't have a VFD but i do use shielded cables. 100% shielding is the best and what i would recommend. You will find that that cable has
a braided wire envelope over complete Al wrap of the wires. The braided side is used for grounding.

the spindle cable. it will run beside my stepper motors. the rating is 10amp 220v on the spindle so i am looking for shielded cable that can be flexible if anyone knows where to buy it from?
