First off Laptops may be problematic so they are not officially supported.
What operating system are you using? Is it 32 or 64bit?

i use win7 64x

That is why it wont work, Mach parallel port driver will not work with 64Bit OS's, only 32bit. If you want to use Mach with a 64Bit OS then you will need to use one of the external controllers (PoKeys, SmoothStepper, CSMIO, DSPMC etc etc)

It is the Mach parallel port driver but as explained above it wont install for you and that is why I asked what OS you had ;)

No guarantees it will work as it seems there are just some parallel port cards that wont but using a 32bit OS will allow the Mach driver to install so chances are it will work.
