Hi
I plan to run a Lathe with Pokeys 56U.

Did some small tests, it worked very good but a have some small problems sure a do somthing wrong.

I run the MPG with ( lets pokeys handle MPG) .
if a run it with mouse on jog +x it go -x it works ok iif a config as paralell but when config as pokeys pulse engine it reversed,
i can change the direction on the motors , i suspect that wy softlimits not work for me.
and a can not zero X ort Z after that a turn on mpg but as long a in cont mode a can zero but not after i get into mpg mode.

What i doing wrong?

I  run Mach3 on a mill and router the last 5 years.

For the Lathe its Win XP 32 SP3, Pokeys last firmware and plugin , mach3  Version R3.043.062

When a want to Zero part with Button 1008: Zero X for example.
I can do that if a start with Cont mode  on the screen MPG, but when a go to MPG mode and turn the encoder,
after that a cant zero any more even in Cont mode.

The softlimit most have something to do with the direction if jog X+ it go X- in pokeys mode.
the limits and direction works for me in paralell mode?

It's hard for me to decode your writing if you keep substituting I with a.

Do you have MPGs handled directly by PoKeys or do you have MPG only connected to PoKeys and Mach3 does the handling?

My Eng is very bad  ???
I build a Lathe and i have 2 pokeys as spare for my 737simulator, i have  total 7 Pokeys 56U.
If it not work a swap it to a C10 paralell no big deal, but a love this card for the sim
