I have been trying to mill out a printed circuit board, when i run it at 100% i get very bad results, the tracks dont look good and the pads are not circular.
If i reduce the speed down to around 10% - 20% i get perfect results.
I have only noticed this on PCB's when i done carving and profiles it seems ok.
Pulse frequency is 25k and is stable.
Using Aspire software.

It is likely that but could also be your acceleration is slow and you are in CV mode , try in Exact Stop mode (G61) and see if its any different.

Hi Hood
I increased acceleration and it seems to be cutting fine now at 100%. Thanks.
