Title: Sherline w/Gecko drive mach3 turn locks up help

I have a sherline based machine with gecko g540 controller I can jog in mach3turn no problem. I go to mach 3 wizards and NFS wizard tried both (with simple facing operation) the stepper motors act like they are locked up and click they act like they want to turn. motors move smooth in jog just when I go to auto run they lock up any help is appreciated

Could you have a slow Jog % set and thus when you are jogging its fine but when moving at rapid via code it is stalling your steppers?
