For anyone interested in electronics this video is well worth watching.

It is not a ‘fake’ video, it does exactly what it is shown to do – the ‘trick’ is in the fact that there are a lot more electronics, comprising the circuit, than are visible to the eye.

LOL - now I've discovered how it's done I reckon he's got far too much time on his hands - mind you so have I for searching for the solution... and so have you Tweakie for finding it in the first place  ;D
