Title: Two issues to fix
Post by: notselrach1 on May 06, 2012, 08:51:43 PM
1.  Router stays running regardless of "M"commands.  Where is the switch that I need to turn on/off so I can get the router to respond.  (Bosch router running off of single AC relay.)  All the axes work properly.

2,  "R,i,j,k words all missing for arcline 6295"  What does that mean?  I created the program with Vectric Cut 3D

Thanks in advance for any guidance you can send my way.......

You shouldn't be seeing that error with Cut3D, as it doesn't produce g code with arcs. Can you post the code?

I wonder if the process i used to get the drawing into 3d had an effect -  used Meshcam to make an .stl file which i opened in cut 3D....

Why??? MeshCAM can do everything that Cut3D can do and more.

You might want to contact Vectric about that error. The code was missing a G01.

I am relatively new to this and I bought meshcam to render drawings to 3D and I guess I was fixated on using Vectric.  I will try more of Meshcam's features.  Thanks for the
heads up...BC
