I finally got around to getting my Denford Micromill 2000 all wired up to my Gecko G540 (its only been like 3 years since I started to do this LOL) and i have a quick question in regards to the Mach3 sample download. Is there anyway I can jog my axis with the sample software, or do I have to buy the full version? I just want to make sure I have everything connected right before I go ahead and buy the full version. Thanks

The software you download is the full version. It just has some limitations if you don't have the license file. It'll run a machine just fine, up to 500 lines of g-code.

How do I make all of my axis move then? Thanks

Hi Illmakemyown,
Check all your wiring again.
Check that your Mach parallel port address is correct.
Check that you have the Mach Ports and Pins configured correctly.
etc.
Tweakie.

I'm going to do that right now thanks, but I have seen people show like a virtual jog handel on there Mach3 software how do I get that handel to open on my program or where on the program do I have to go to jog the axis's? Thanks

Hit the TAB key on your keyboard for the Virtual Pendant.
Make sure JOGGING is enabled and set to CONTINIOUS and use the keyboard arrows for X and Y, Page UP / DOWN for the Z.
They should be set up in HOTKEYS under CONFIG. If not, do so.

How do I download a design from procarve v. I did all the design on procarve but when I went to Mach3 to input the design the gcode was completely messed up. It started with a double zero and then the next line said Header etc. The machine did not respond. Any suggestions.
