Title: when moving in x and y at the sametime machine freezes

hi, got the machine running well . I'm using leadshine drivers with nema42 stepper motors . have a pmdx breakout board 126 . when moving in both x and y machine this move is just to get to next hole i'm not milling freezes and will not move . any help would be good . thanks this forum has been great .

Are you meaning the motors are stalling? Are you hearing a loud noise?

yes i hear a noise and yes they stall and the this has happened more often when i send it to zero the of course the dro shows zero but it is no were near zero . hope this helps

You have your acceleration and/or velocity set to high for your motors in motor tuning.
