Title: Instruction manual download?

I am trying to learn how to use Mach3 for the first time using a wood router and have NO experience with cnc. Is there a step by step instruction manual I can download? Looking for the very basic things like how to zero the machine to the part. I had someone help me get the part from Cut3D into Mach3, but now we are both stumped. Any help would be appreciated.

I found a screen that showed what the different G codes stand for but it was to fuzzy to make out many of them.

Thank you. I think the video is showing what I need to know to proceed-need to watch it a few times to get my head around it.
