What lathe mode are you using..... diameter or radius ?
Some of the wizards don't work in both modes if memory is correct and don't know which ones they are.

I altered the wizard to put out G3's rather than G2's and it works ok form me now.
If you can attach your xml I will have a look and see if I can find the problem with your setup.

Zeeschium,
I don't know what you did to accomplish what you posted in reply #0.
( could be where you defined X axis position before you ran the wizard )
Using your xml and also your inputs I get what you get in reply #3.
Compared the two different gcodes and looks like you were using different inputs or even config for reply #0.

Try this,
I ran the file using your xml, using the standard screen, and code as posted from the wizard and had no problem.

Can you post a screen shot of you manual & cycle screen ?

Yes ran it, heres a screenshot.
I think you may be having a version issue, are you using a development version of Mach?

your screenshot shows also a horizontal and a vertical line straight trough your workpiece?

Not through the workpiece I dont think, that will be at the start position
The wizard is very wastefull of moves doing complete arcs of 90 degrees, the firt load of cuts will be very small but it will still move the complete 90 degrees before the next pass, only when the fillet is nearing completion will the full 90 be actually cutting.
Put a larger number for your clearance and you will get it further away, still the same wastefull moves but will look better on your screen.

Ok no probs, clearance of 1 would still work, just would look as if its cutting through material when its not.

Afraid not Rich.
Supposedly Rev4 will but only after Mill etc has been done so ..... well I have had lots of promises before ;)
To be fair to Brian the majority of users are mill/router and the OEMs are I would imagine all Mill/Router so he has to do that.
Turn very occasionally gets looked at when the shouting gets loud enough but afraid one thing gets fixed and another breaks. It is  because of that that this issue is seen, it was a fix for softlimits that screwed up the toolpath, may be fixed in the very latest Dev version, dont know never tried it to see.
