Title: Testing a stepping motor

I bought a kit with power supply, TB6560 driver board and 3 steppers on eBay. I want to test the electronics out, but the router isn't finished yet.
Can I hook everything up and test run a stepper on the bench? If so how do I go about doing it.

Yes just connect as you would if it was connected to the router, set up Mach and jog or MDI or run code in Mach.
