Hi,
We were using a Sine table to get compound angle on part. With the manual sine table we we're able to ajust Rx and Ry by adding shims. We have recently intalled a 4th(Rx) and 5th(Rz) axis to replace the Sine table. Is there a way to convert Rx and Ry orientation into Rx and Rz orientation. I'm having trouble determine the rotation angle of B axis which is equivalent to the rotation around Y.
Thanks

Thanks a lot! it's really helpful but I do not understand how it determines the first angle from the normal equation of the plane. I'd like to understand how it's calculated!
