Title: how to get my old license number
Post by: Abrian1937 on January 24, 2012, 10:51:33 AM
My other computer died. I downloaded the demo and it said to go to Newfangled for my license number. I don't know how to get my old license number so I can continue. My new computer will not run my steppers and I am pretty sure I configured ports and pins and motor tuning that was running before. Help

Contact License support license@machsupport.com with your details they will have a record and send a duplicate license if everything is in order.

If you can read your old HD then your .xml file (usually Mach3Mill.xml or whatever profile you had been using) will have all your old settings.

Hope this helps,

Tweakie.

Thanks Scott. I very seldom open Gmail that is why I didn't get your message. I will in the future.
Another problem is that I cannot get any pulse frequency on the diagnostics page on Mach3Mill. I am fairly sure that I have the correct pins and ports correct. Is there any way to activate that?
Thanks

There you go Abrian - a post of your own rather than mixed in with someone elses... (hijacked)
