Streamline.net - These useless f***ers host my web site but for 2 or 3 days now I've been unable to access my mail server and my web site is down. Anyone else use them? or know anything?. I'm beginning to suspect they've gone bust. Any info gratefully received.

well it turns out they haven't gone bust they're just being their usual cr@p selves. I'm in the process of moving my site to another hosting service. Hopefully it'lll be back up soon.

Oy oy oy - Streamline.net - if you're looking for a web host - get two barge poles, gaffer tape them together and then don't touch em with it!  ;D

Do you have the provider 'TalkTalk' in your part of the country ??

I get free calls 24/7 (not mobiles) to UK and most parts of the world, it's cheaper than BT (<£25/month inc. line rental), I also get free Broadband and free Webspace.

Thanks Tweakie - but - Don't get me started on TT  ;D

Appreciate the heads up I have a similar deal with plusnet for my personal phone and broadband but this is for my commercial site not freespace - not quite the same. As it turns out I've just scored myself an excellent web host and am in the process of migrating as we speak. Hopefully back on line soon.
