Title: video file doesnt download completely

Hello there
I cant seem to get the full video for "installation and basic configuration"

The video shows perfectly until about 90% of the way and then goes dead.

and the download indication ribbon has also stopped moving??

any6 suggestions appreciated

Try downloading it from the ftp site: ftp://anonymous:guest@machsupport.com/

Look under "videos"
