Does anyone know of a way to take .ncl files that Pro/Engineer Manufacturing creates and convert them to work with Mach3 for a 3 axis router CNC? I am new to CNC machining so I am looking for a simple and easy to understand solution. Thanks

Afraid I dont know anything about Pro Engineer, what does the output code look like?

Attached is the output from PRO/E, but it is not Gcode that my cnc will accept. I would think that with how capable PRO/E is at making NC toolpaths that there must be an easy way to process it to Gcode automatically.

Certainly no use for Mach but you already know that ;D
What exactly is Pro Engineer? Is it a CAM programme?

With Pro/MANUFACTURE you should have a copy of GPOST. You can use the HAAS post in GPOST to create a .tap file that Mach3 can use.
