BDG 0672 3 Axis CNC router. 2450 x 1250 x 600mm travel, 3.7kW Water cooled spindle, 48m/min rapid, Mach3 and DSPMC, AC servos. I could build you one for $59,000. I also build 5 axis CNC routing machines. I build them mainly for pattern making as my niche is big, rigid, fully enclosed machines with lots of z travel at reasonable prices.

On my web site there are various parts for sale that I make or buy in bulk and import. I have sources for stuff that is hard to come by, like auto tool change spindles, good quality industrial AC servo drives at half the price you might expect to pay, and AC servo motors and really good low cost planetary gearboxes.
