Title: Changing Demension

I am new to mach3 and using a licensed version and having a problem I can't figure out. I have a simple part program to run and the first time I loaded the code and ran it the part size was correct. When I moved my zero over the run it again the part comes out smaller, and each time afterward it will be the smaller size. This has happened a few times now and I can't figure out what I'm doing to cause this. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
