Where can you get just the enclosure?

Would it be ok just to make up a couple of aluminum boxes, then thread them at the plunger, with an o-ring installed?

If you EBay "Enclosed Limit Switch" there are many different types of complete plunger switches at low prices, maybe there is a suitable type there that you could use to replace your existing switches.

I just wanted to use these switches because they were new. My machine has the old proximity switches and these wont fit in the same box.
