Title: Mach 3- nesting comment alert-help

I am new to CNC. Have had a MAXNC router for about a year now and can't get it running.  The manufacturer has gone out of business, so I can't get any help there.
The problem I am having right now is when I transfer a program from V Carve Pro to Mach 3, the G code loads OK. But when I attempt to run it I get an alert down by the reset button that says "NESTING COMMENT FOUND LINE 1" and the program will not run.
Everything in V Carve pro seems to be fine.
Have never been able to get this #*^# thing to run and am hoping that some kind sole out there can help me. Any comments on this problem would be greatly appriciated.

A nested comment is a comment within another comment.
Like:  (Filename: Block (Pocket) Rotary.tap)
Remove any extra parentheses and try again.
Are you using the proper Post processor from Vectric ?
