Hi,
I bought Mach couple years ago and for several reasons wasn't able to use it. In Help/About mine says Version D1.90.050.
I'm pretty sure this has been updated. What is the best way to update, I didn't see an option in Help or File?

Go to the download tab and select Mach and Lazycam
The latest version is R3.043.022

That was easy, except now the program shows "demo" instead of "registered."
Do I need to email or call someone?
Steve.

Did you buy a licence? If so you should have an email that contains the licence file, simply place that into the Mach3 folder and start Mach and it should be licensed.

If you no longer have the license file you can contact license@machsupport.com and request it to be resent. You will need to provide your full name and email address used to purchase the license.

Thanks everyone, I am now legitimate!
AndrewM - It took a little searching in email, but I found the file.
Maybe for Mach4 they could consider an update link in the Help tab.

Normally you will have nothing to do when updating and I dont know why you lost the licence unless you deleted the Mach folder before you updated?

Hood - You caught me. By mistake I installed the update at c:\ instead of c:\programfiles\ where the prior version was.

As long as you are up and running again thats all that matters but I like to keep a backup of the licence, my xml, brains, screens, macros etc just in case my drive takes a dump.

C:\Mach3 is the default location. You had the old version in the wrong place. :)

So I didn't make a mistake!!!

You just have two versions on mach3 installed at the moment :p
If you copy your settings over to the new version(C:/Mach3) and uninstall the old one you will be good to go :)
