Wow, what a cool forum on CNC, and what a great deal w/ the mach software! I just got a hurco cnc adapted bridgeport mill. The hurco cnc controls are hopeless! I want to retrofit the Mach software and whatever stepper/servo motors. What would be great if I could get a little guidance on what motors to buy etc.. along w/ the machware.. I saw gekko.. not sure what a bridgeport mill needs, but all help appreciated!
thx!

What type of motors are on it already? you can possibly still use them, maybe even your old drives can be used, do you have a web link or and info on the Hurco setup you could post?
