You will have to post a picture of wire and transformer in order to get help.

Lez,

As it says on the label that is a 3 phase auto-transformer.

Couple more questions for you,

Do you have a 3 Phase supply available to use with your machine ?
What is the voltage marked on the machine motor ?
What is the voltage of your incoming mains supply ?

Tweakie
I do have 3 phase supply available
The voltage on the machine motor is 380
and the incoming mains voltage is 440
thanks LEZ

Hi Lez,

The incoming 3 Phase supply connects to the three 440V terminals.

The machine connects to the  three 380V terminals BLACK - RED - BLACK (the GRN/YEL connects to earth on the box and your site earth - the BLU is already connected to the Neutral terminal [240 Volt tapping]).

Test earth bonding of the machine and box etc. before proceeding.

When you start the machine motor, if it runs backwards, just swap the connection of any two wires on the incoming 440V side.

Take care, 440Volt 3 phase is serious stuff - don't let it get you.  ;)
