Hi Team
Here is a nice little serving tray I just finished in time for Christmas. I did the Cypress tree inlay using my Blackfoot 2 X 4 CNC. I desgned it in Adobe Illustrator the V Carvepro and the Mach2. The splines you see in the corners are Bubinga sandwiched in Maple. The tree has a Cocobolo for the trunk and Lacewood for the leaves. The sides of the tray are angled out 9 degrees just to make it look a little better and to increase the complexity of what should have been a really easy piece of woodworking.....(http://)

Oops, wrong tray! This tray has highly figured Bubinga for the leaves, not Lacewood. Sorry about that.

Thats an impressive piece of work, love the inlay, going to see if I can find out how to do it now, as it's getting close to Christmas again.
